Nedong owns two production bases in Dongguan Guangdong and Lishui Zhejiang, with a daily output of 50,000 tires.

2. How is the tire produced?

Through high-precision injection molding, advanced in production efficiency.

3. What is the tire material and what is the advantage?

Nedong airless tire is made of thermoplastic elastomer material — Thermoplastic Elastomer(TPE). The tires are one injection molded without special processing equipment and can be produced quickly. After formula improvement, the tire has good cushioning performance and comfortable riding; it is resistant to acid rain, ultraviolet rays, ozone, and weather resistance. Even under harsh environments such as strong light and acid rain, the tire will not crack within 5 years.

4. Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
