(hereinafter referred to as “Nedong”) was established in 2009 with a registered capital of 5 million dollars. As a national high-tech enterprise that insists on using environmentally friendly, recyclable materials and developing new products, Nedong has been adhering to the mission of “Let the world use comfortable, safe and environmentally friendly non-pneumatic tires”, Nedong continues to innovate and develop green products and services trusted by customers, and builds a platform for employees to realize their self-worth.
Nedong insists on employing scientific and high-standard management system to guide the company’s R&D, operation, and sales, and has successively passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, ISO18001 occupational health and safety management system certification and GB/T29490-2013 intellectual property rights Management system certification.
Nedong attaches great importance to the R&D and innovation of products and technologies, builds a cooperation platform that integrates Nedong R&D center, well-known experts in the industry and renowned research institutes in China to constantly innovate products and services and improve quality. At present, it has obtained more than 100 related patents at home and abroad, and has successfully developed products and services such as environmentally friendly airless tires and plastic steel wheels, which are widely used in bicycles, electric vehicles, smart cars, wheelchairs and special vehicles. Nedong laboratory covers the use simulation test of non-pneumatic tires, plastic wheels, baskets etc, and independently developed a multi-functional fatigue test machine, which can carry out comprehensive testing for fatigue mileage, wear and tear, continuity and other performances. The testing capability ranks in the top in the same field, providing a good scientific research site for the development and exploration of Nedong products. A more complete research and testing system provides a reliable verification capability for production and operation.

Elescootparts has set up two factories in Guangdong province and Zhejiang province, expanding the production lines of solid airless tires. Total area over 20,000 square meters.

PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT
At the very first beginning, Nedong have had foresight to plan on automatic production. At present, we have 4 automatic production lines. The maximum daily output of a single model exceeds 20,000, which meets the needs of mass production, and can be applied to both soft and hard rubber.
PRODUCTION MARKET
Our products are well sold all around the world. The main sales market are United State, Europe, Canada and Asia. Besides, we have close partnership with world famous brands such as Mobike, Ninebot, Inmotion, Unagi, etc.
